What is Reiki?
“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication.

Reiki One - First Degree

The attunement process allows you to be opened and aligned to the Reiki energy, enabling you to begin to be able to channel it through your hands. As well as being able to practice self-healing; you will also be able to support your family and friends.
Reiki One Self-Care Evening Class starts Tuesday 8th October 2024
6-8pm for four weeks.
Reiki Two - Second Degree
Reiki Three - Master/Teacher
Reiki Two - Second Degree
Reiki Two is the practitioner level and is taught over two days/five evenings. Once completed, this certificated course will allow you to treat clients as a professional Reiki Practitioner, for which you may charge a fee. As well as becoming a Practitioner, this second degree also deepens the Reiki teachings and continues to expand you

Reiki Three - Master/Teacher

Reiki Master/Teacher is an ongoing learning experience and a journey that requires a lot of internal work and focus. There is also extensive practice needed in using the Reiki energy. After having completed the Reiki Level 2 training, you can train to the Advanced Master & Teacher level in the Usui Method of Natural Healing. This level

After having completed the Reiki Level 2 training, you can train to the Advanced Master & Teacher level in the Usui Method of Natural Healing. This level will significantly increase your personal energy as well as enabling you to initiate others into Reiki.

Who can learn Reiki One?
Anyone can learn Reiki. There are no pre-requisites. You need an open-mind and be prepared to share the day with others, exploring Reiki and it's energy.
When you discover Reiki, you will develop a sense of peace and calmness that will help you to feel more positive and less stressed and anxious.
Experience self-healing
By carrying out regular self-healing you will be able to share the benefits of Reiki with your friends and family.
The course (evening course available subject to minimum 3 students) will consist of you receiving attunements, as well as discovering the theory behind Reiki and learning how to put it into practice. After this course you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and on an unpaid basis to friends and family.
Reiki Two - Second Degree
Who can learn Second Degree?
Anyone who has Reiki-First Degree already, I recommend that you leave a couple of months, from completing your First course. This will allow you time to practise what you learned and start to develop your confidence.
Reiki Second Degree will help to :
- Deepen your self-healing
- Explore using your intuition
- Practice distant healing
- Learn how to treat others
- Develop your Reiki practice
The 2 day course (evening course available subject to minimum 3 students) will consist of you receiving additional attunements, as well discovering how to use your Reiki in practice.
'Aroma-Reiki' - Accredited by Professional Beauty for In-Person Training or IPHM for Online Training.

I have been a practicing Aromatherapist and Reiki Practitioner for over 20 years and have developed my 'Aroma-Reiki' Treatment to combine the amazing power of Essential Oils with the energy of Reiki.
Would you like to enhance your Reiki treatments with the power of Essential Oils?
Whether it is for self-treatment or whether you would like to offer your clients an Upgrade to their Reiki sessions, this course will teach you the basics of Aromatherapy.
You will also discover the power of essential oils and learn how they can be used to help you and your clients on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
By the end of the course you will have discovered how different essential oils can help to balance the Chakras, & creating blends ready to share in your customised 'Aroma-Reiki' with your clients.
You will learn how to incorporate it into your Reiki sessions to enhance your Therapy and the results of your Reiki sessions.
You will also discover how to safely create blends and aura sprays.
Pre-requisite - minimum Reiki One. Case-studies to be completed to receive Practitioner Certificate.
Who can learn Aroma-Reiki?
Anyone who has completed a Reiki One.
Reiki Three - Master/ Teacher
Who can learn Reiki Three?
Anyone who has completed a Reiki One and Reiki Two course. Ideally there will be a gap of at least 6 months from completion of Case-Studies between Reiki Two and Reiki Three, as practice and development is needed before progressing.
Reiki Master is an ongoing experience that requires a lot of internal work and focus plus extensive practice is needed in using the Reiki energy. You will receive attunments to the 'Master' Symbols plus additional techniques for use in practice and meditations.
Reiki Master/Teacher follows on from Reiki Master and as well as increasing your personal energy it will enable you to teach and initiate others into Reiki.
Those students wishing to receive Reiki Master/Teacher training will receive full guidance and mentoring throughout their journey.
This course is a minimum of 1 day each for Master and Master/Teacher plus additional ongoing support, workshops and Reiki shares.
