I have been a practicing Skincare Specialist and Holistic Therapist since 1996. I have worked with some of the top product houses, with experience gained from working with Clarins, Guinot, Dermalogica, Decleor, Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion, BABOR and Eve Taylor.

I specialise in Complementary Therapies and Holistic Beauty in my Therapy business.

My favourite treatment is Facial Reflexology 'Equilibre Method' which helps to totally relax my clients, de-stressing them and relaxing the facial muscles. Total Bliss.

I am a self-confessed 'Crazy Cat Lady' , Crystal Hoarder and collector of all things a bit 'woo-woo!'

I became a therapist after always having boring office jobs that never excited me. So I decided to retrain in something I found interesting which turned out to be Reflexology. After I’d had a treatment and used it to help me fall pregnant I decided I needed to know more.

My favourite treatment to give is facial reflexology. My favourite treatment to have is either facial reflexology or a back massage.
