What is Reiki?
"Reiki" (ray-key) is Japanese for 'universal life energy' and refers to a natural healing system. Founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, this practice has become a significant part of holistic therapy courses, including various Reiki courses and Reiki training options that have evolved from his research, experience, and dedication.

Throughout the day, you will receive four Reiki attunements, which will open and align you to the Reiki energy, allowing you to channel it through your hands. This Reiki training will not only enable you to practice self-healing but also empower you to support your family and friends. The Reiki One Self-Care Evening Class begins on Tuesday, 8th October 2024, from 6-8 pm for four weeks.
Reiki Two - Second Degree
Reiki Three - Master/Teacher
Reiki Two - Second Degree
Reiki Two is the practitioner level in our holistic therapy courses and is taught over two days or five evenings. Once completed, this certificated Reiki training course will enable you to treat clients as a professional Reiki Practitioner, for which you may charge a fee. In addition to becoming a Practitioner, this second degree deepens

Once completed, this certificated Reiki training course will enable you to treat clients as a professional Reiki Practitioner, for which you may charge a fee. In addition to becoming a Practitioner, this second degree deepens the Reiki teachings and continues to expand your energies. Completion of case studies is required. Engaging in holistic therapy courses, particularly Reiki courses, will provide you with the extensive practice needed to harness Reiki energy effectively. After completing the Reiki Level 2 training, you
Becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher involves an ongoing learning experience and a journey that requires significant internal work and focus. Engaging in holistic therapy courses, particularly Reiki courses, will provide you with the extensive practice needed to harness Reiki energy effectively. After completing the Reiki Level 2 training, you can advance to the Master & Teacher level in the Usui Method of Natural Healing. This level will not only enhance your personal energy but also empower you to initiate others into Reiki.

Reiki One - First Degree (Reiki for Self-Care Healing)
Join our 4-week evening course starting Tuesday, 8th October 2024, from 6-8pm, to explore holistic therapy courses focused on Reiki. Anyone can learn Reiki; there are no pre-requisites. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to share the day with others as you delve into Reiki and its energy.
As you discover Reiki through our Reiki courses, you will cultivate a sense of peace and calmness, helping you feel more positive and reducing stress and anxiety.
Experience the power of self-healing by practicing regular self-healing techniques, enabling you to share the benefits of Reiki with your friends and family. This Reiki training course (evening sessions available subject to a minimum of three students) includes receiving attunements, learning the theory behind Reiki, and discovering how to put it into practice. After completing this course, you will be equipped to give Reiki to yourself and offer it on an unpaid basis to your loved ones.
Reiki Two - Second Degree
Who can learn Second Degree Reiki? Anyone who has already completed Reiki First Degree can enroll in this course. It is recommended to wait a couple of months after finishing your First Degree to practice what you learned and build your confidence. This Reiki training will help to:
- Deepen your self-healing
- Explore using your intuition
- Practice distant healing
- Learn how to treat others
- Develop your Reiki practice
The 2-day course (evening sessions available subject to a minimum of 3 students) will include additional attunements and teach you how to apply your skills in practice, making it one of the essential holistic therapy courses.
'Aroma-Reiki' - Accredited by Professional Beauty for In-Person Training or IPHM for Online Training.

With over 20 years of experience as a practicing Aromatherapist and Reiki Practitioner, I have developed my unique 'Aroma-Reiki' Treatment, which combines the incredible power of Essential Oils with the energy of Reiki.
Are you looking to enhance your holistic therapy courses with the power of Essential Oils? Whether for self-treatment or to offer your clients an upgraded experience in their Reiki sessions, this course will teach you the essentials of Aromatherapy. You will explore the benefits of essential oils and discover how they can assist you and your clients on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
By the end of this Reiki training, you will learn how different essential oils can help balance the Chakras and create personalized blends to share in your customized 'Aroma-Reiki' sessions with clients. You will gain insights into incorporating these techniques into your Reiki sessions to enhance your therapeutic practice and the outcomes of your Reiki treatments.
Additionally, you will learn how to safely create blends and aura sprays.
Pre-requisite - minimum Reiki One. Case studies must be completed to receive your Practitioner Certificate.
Who can learn Aroma-Reiki? Anyone who has completed a Reiki One course.
Reiki Three - Master/ Teacher
Who can learn Reiki Three? Anyone who has completed a Reiki One and Reiki Two course can join this advanced level of Reiki training. Ideally, there should be a gap of at least 6 months from the completion of case studies between Reiki Two and Reiki Three, as practice and development are essential before progressing.
Becoming a Reiki Master is an ongoing experience that requires significant internal work and focus, along with extensive practice in utilizing Reiki energy. During this phase of your holistic therapy courses, you will receive attunements to the 'Master' Symbols, along with additional techniques for both practice and meditations.
The Reiki Master/Teacher course builds upon the foundation of Reiki Master. Not only does it enhance your personal energy, but it also qualifies you to teach and initiate others into Reiki. Students interested in receiving Reiki Master/Teacher training will benefit from full guidance and mentoring throughout their journey.
This course involves a minimum of 1 day each for both Master and Master/Teacher training, along with additional ongoing support, workshops, and Reiki shares, making it a comprehensive part of your Reiki courses.
